Northern Rockies Cycling Team is a USCF bike racing club based in Missoula that competes in Montana and select out of state races. The team's name comes from it's title sponsor Northern Rockies Orthopedic. Currently there are 30 riders on the team ranging from beginners to seasoned veterans. Also the team has varied age groups from super fast masters, to junior racers competing in their first season. In addition to trainer and group rides the team puts on The Rocky Mountain Roubaix and The Montana State Cyclocross Championships. Longmire....Rockin' in AZ!!

Just got a report from Mike Longmire. Raced this past weekend in Yuma, AZ.
- 1st in 55+ Crit
- 1st in the 55+ Road Race
- 3rd in the 45+ Crit

"Lots of crashes....broken scapula, pelvis, and hip...two other guys ended up with broken collar bones"

Way to go, Mike! But not really a surprise that you are still killing it.

Tuesday - Hell Ride. Short ride tonight and a full loop next Tuesday after DST kicks in.
5:30 @ Open Road.

Last Wed Trainer Session - 6:30 at Tamara's Garage (3/4/09)

Weekend - 11am Le Petit. We have had great turnout...everyone welcome! Distances range
from 45 - 75 miles. Usually breaks up into a couple different groups.
